When will our water coolers be delivered? After placing your order with Natural Welsh Water your water cooler/water coolers will be delivered along with your first water delivery. *How do we go about fitting our dispensers?* You won't need to do any water cooler installation, our trained delivery drivers will carry out the initial set up. It is a good idea to plan where you would like the cooler/coolers to be positioned so that once the suitability of the positioning has been checked the installation is quick and simple. *What about cleaning the cooler?* External cleaning and regular cleaning of the drip tray will make sure your water supply is hygienic, although it is strongly recommended that you do not use harsh detergents. Like domestic water systems, regular use of the dispenser will flush the pipes and taps. However, to ensure that our water continues to taste fresh and pure we will carry out a regular sanitisation. How do we arrange the cooler sanitisation? This will be undertaken to coincide with your water delivery. It only requires about 20 minutes to service the dispensers and we shall notify you when the sanitisation is due to ensure that this is at a convenient time. Could we have a storage rack? Getting one or more storage racks couldn't be easier. Just give us a call or email and let us know what your requirements are and we can deliver a storage rack with your water delivery. Please note: storage racks require a small deposit. Where will you deliver water? At Natural Welsh Water we supply water across mainland UK. This includes the far reaches of the Scottish highlands down to the furthest corners of Cornwall. Our nationwide delivery service means that you get the best deal for your water no matter where your offices are based. It also means that if you have multiple offices around the UK you can use Natural Welsh Water to supply all your offices! How many water bottles will we get at a time? That is entirely up to you! Our fixed price packages have an annual bottle rate but the delivery is flexible. This does not mean that each month you need to call and arrange your requirements. At the initial contract agreement we will arrange a standard bottled water delivery and then you can adjust this easily to raise or lower the number of bottles delivered. Just call or email us to alter your water delivery. What if we are on Pay As You Go? It couldn't be simpler. When your water is getting low and you'd like to order more just email us or give us a call. How often is water delivered? As standard water is delivered fortnightly to ensure that you have a constant flow of water without large numbers of bottles lying around. If this delivery system does not suit your company it can be adjusted to better suit your needs. Receiving a water delivery is quick and easy. Our trained delivery drivers will carry the water bottles to your storage area and remove the empties and all that is required from you is a quick signature! Do you supply just the water bottles? We will supply just the water if your company or household already own your own water coolers. Our bottles are standard 18.9 litre bottles of pure water with a standard bung that is released when the bottle is attached to the cooler. Please email us or call us on 01691-700 000 to arrange water delivery contracts. How do we store the water bottles? Water should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Our storage racks are an ideal solution for storing bottles as the hold three 18.9 litre bottles in the floor space and ensure that water can be safely stored alongside the cooler. To request a bottle storage rack email or call us on 01691-700 000. It only requires a small deposit and the rack will be delivered with your next water delivery. If you prefer to store the bottles yourselves, please ensure that they are stored in a safe place and do not endanger members of staff. What about our empty water bottles? Here at Natural Welsh Water we offer an environmentally friendly water cooler service and do not believe in filling land fill sites with our water bottles. Instead your empty water bottles will be collected by our delivery drivers when they drop off your next water delivery. Water storage racks make for neat and tidy bottle storage for empties as well! Bottles are then sanitised and are only recycled when they reach the end of their natural life. How do I order water? We call you the day before or. alternatively contact one of our sales advisor on info@welsh-water.co.uk or 01691-700 000 to discuss your package options and order your water. *How do I know how much water I need?* The amount of water people drink per day can vary but we would suggest that the average worker drinks 4-6 cups in summer months and 2-3 cups of water during the winter and one of our bottles holds roughly 120 cups. This works out as roughly 8-10 bottles per worker, per year. This would mean an office of 5 workers would require 45-50 bottles of water per year. Is it possible to deliver to all our offices? Natural Welsh Water offer a UK wide delivery service and we can supply our water anywhere throughout mainland Britain. This means that you can order your water through one central contact and then we supply to all of your offices based on their individual requirements. Our packages include: * Water cooler and free regular sanitisation * Regular water delivery and removal of empty bottles * Fixed cost with flexible water supply * Optional cups and cup holder. We offer you flexibility of water deliveries specifically designed to meet your needs. As we all know, more water is consumed during the hot summer months than during winter, so we at Natural Welsh Water adapt our delivery schedules to suit you – providing you with an individually tailored service.
